Learn about fair housing and fair lending, budgeting, credit, and more! This HUD-certified class is a prerequisite to applying for Michigan State Housing Development Authority down payment assistance.

This is a 6-hour course that is split into two, 3-hour classes:

• Class #1: Wednesday, November 11 @ 5:30 PM – 8:30 PM
• Class #2: Thursday, November 12 @ 5:30 PM – 8:30 PM

Attend both courses to get a HUD Certificate of Completion for down payment assistance programs. This class is free to attend and open to the public.

Dinner will be provided. We kindly ask that this event remain adults-only to ensure a comfortable experience for all attendees.
