We provide homebuyers with the coaching, education, and support to be successful in their homebuying journey.

Homes for Sale
We build and rehab homes throughout Northern Muskegon County, including the City of Muskegon and Muskegon Heights. Explore what homes are currently for sale and take the eligibility quiz to see if you can qualify to participate in the program.
Education and Resources
Financial education is an important part of homeownership. We provide educational opportunities and resources for homebuyers and community members to be successful in their homeownership journey before and after they are in their home.
Neighborhood Revitalization
At Habitat Northern Muskegon, we do more than build homes. We practice Neighborhood Engagement in the neighborhoods where we build new homes by listening to neighbors and collaborating with local government and community-based organizations to help new and existing homeowners become connected and empowered leaders.
